Associate Board

The Interfaith House Associate Board is a non-policy making board dedicated to supporting the mission of Interfaith House through volunteering efforts, fundraising and increased community exposure.

What do Associate Board Members Do?

Associate Board members volunteer time in whatever capacity possible. Each one of us is a volunteer with other work and personal commitments – attendance at IFH events is always optional. However, Associate Board members are asked for a minimum level of participation by adhering to the following tenets:

1. Participation in at least one committee

2. At least 10 hours per year of donated time for Associate Board and/or Interfaith House activities such as:

3. Recruitment of at least one new Associate Board member each year

4. $50 Annual Donation

The Associate Board is an excellent way for people to get involved in helping Chicago’s ill and injured homeless offering:

• Volunteer Opportunities
• Philanthropic Benefits
• Social Outlets
• Flexible Time Commitments
• Networking Opportunities

Past Associate Board events include:
