- The American College of Physicians 2005 Edward R. Loveland Memorial Award for Distinguished Contribution in the Health Field
- The Greater Chicago Food Depository Best Nutrition Program of 2005
- The DIFFA (Design Industry Foundation in Fighting Aids) Excellence in Care Award 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007
- 2007 National Volunteer Week Award of Recognition for an exceptional and extraordinary volunteer, was awarded to volunteer Carl Boyer
